What happens after you book.

Intro Call (20 min)

A relaxed conversation. We talk about what's going on for you and what you're hoping for. I answer any questions you have.

First Session

A full breathwork session — guided, experiential, and tailored to your nervous system. Most people feel a noticeable shift.

Ongoing Practice

We create a rhythm that works for your life — regular sessions, home practice, and tools that stay with you.

A few things people often ask.

Do I need any experience with breathwork?

No experience needed at all. Most people I work with are brand new to breathwork. The intro call is a good place to ask any questions before you commit to a session.

Where do sessions take place?

All 1:1 sessions are online via Zoom. You can participate from anywhere with a quiet space and a stable connection.

Is breathwork safe for people with trauma?

This is an important question. As a psychiatrist with experience in trauma-informed care, I approach breathwork carefully with anyone who has a trauma history. The intro call is the right place to discuss your situation so we can make sure the approach is right for you.
