Private online sessions designed around your nervous system, your history, and your goals. We meet where you are — not where a program says you should be.
Sessions draw on SKY Breath Meditation techniques alongside Colleen's background in psychiatry and addiction recovery. Expect a warm, unhurried space where real change becomes possible.
Available online. Sessions typically 60–90 minutes.

Group Classes & Workshops
Live breathwork sessions for small groups — a chance to deepen practice, share the experience with others, and discover how the collective energy of a group amplifies the work.
Workshops cover specific themes: stress and the nervous system, breathwork for sleep, breathwork in recovery, and more. Each session is experiential — you learn by doing, not by being lectured to.
Online SKY Recovery Course
Three online sessions co-taught with Randy Berlin, PhD. Reset your nervous system, strengthen your recovery, and reconnect to yourself. 3–6 PM PT · 5–8 PM CT · 6–9 PM ET each day.
Corporate Wellness & Presentations
Teams that are overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected need more than a one-off stress talk. Colleen brings breathwork directly into the workplace — through presentations that educate and sessions that actually change how people feel.
Programs are customized to your team's needs and can range from a single keynote to an ongoing wellness series. Colleen has experience presenting to clinical teams, executive groups, and general corporate audiences.
